Presso W64 Cafe "Grind by Weight" Series - When Grinding Became Fun
The ever-ongoing search for industrial machinery meeting technological flair is every manufacturers daily grind. Presso has absolutely cracked it with this one! It’s in this advanced stage of the "Presso Espresso" journey that the brand finds comfort in modern industrialization, and has blown the socks off the market since inception.
Presso's W64 Grind by Weight Series sports a built-in scale and is activated by the portafilter fork, where the desired grammage is set (on-screen) offering 2 preset settings (single or double) on it's large lcd screen, where grammage can be adjusted in 0.1g increments. Lightning fast, the 350W motor spews a consistent flow of velvety ground coffee that stops precisely at the set grammage into the portafilter (positioned on the fork hands free).
On screen, the grinder flaunts the progress of the grind in action on a circular red loading bar. The screen also displays nifty little extras like the time and a menu for other essential settings, and an option to switch over to time-based dosing if the barista so pleased.
Tried and Tested by us, Presso's W64 Series is a perfect fit for low to high-volume cafes serving up to 250 cups a day. Add the Presso W64 Bellows (purchased separately), and You're left with The Ultimate End Game single-dose grinder for just about any environment. Better isn't possible!
