The Lelit Bianca is an Italian-designed and built dual boiler, rotary pump, E61 espresso coffee machine with a built-in PID and shot timer, and can be direct plumbed or run on its built-in reservoir. Featuring it's so very unique flow control paddle, this is the espresso machine for the perfectionista home barista that settles for coffee second to none!
The machine sports two separate boilers, one for steam and hot water, and the other for espresso brewing. A system designed for higher thermal stability and to deliver coffee and steam simultaneously, with a reduced heating time.
The flow-control paddle, knobs, adjustable feet, handles and poratfilters come standard in the finest walnut wood. Appliance body, water tank, drip tray and wire mesh in polished stainless steel for robustness and easy cleaning. The energy-saving standby system allows to set up a stand-by time after which the steam boiler is disabled and the coffee boiler maintains a temperature of 70°C. The reset time is approximately 10 minutes.

Great product, I really enjoy using it. Solid build quality, gets to temperature really fast and produces lots of steam. Why not 5 stars? The cup warmer tray and drip tray could do with a bit of an update to keep up with the overall modern and sleek look of the machine (in my opinion).
Overall a fantastic product and I highly recommend it to anyone!
