Using Caffenu Espresso Machine Cleaning Powder :
For Back Flushing:
1. Place 1 teaspoon (3-5 g) of Caffenu Cleaning Powder in the blind filter.
2. Start the brew cycle for 10 seconds, then stop for 10 seconds.
3. Repeat this cycle 5 times.
4. Remove the portafilter and start the brew cycle, rinsing the portafilter with water from the group head.
5. Brush the group head and rinse again.
6. Reinsert the portafilter with no powder and carry out the flushing procedure twice to rinse.
7. Make and discard one espresso shot to ensure a clean start.
For Cleaning Portafilters, Filter Baskets, Shower Screens, and Other Metal Parts:
1. Dissolve 2 teaspoons (8-10 g) of Caffenu Cleaning Powder in 1 litre of hot water in a suitable container (a metal jug works perfectly).
2. Soak the parts for approximately 20 minutes.
3. Rinse the parts thoroughly with fresh water.
